- Consent records: the express written consent you provide to be contacted, including the consent language shown to you and the date and time you submitted it

When you visit and interact with the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

- Operating and improving the Platform: maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing Platform features and user experience
- Marketing and promotions: sending you information about QuoteFlash services — you may opt out at any time
- Contractor vetting: verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and background information
- Fraud prevention and security: detecting, investigating, and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, and other harmful activity
- Legal compliance: fulfilling our legal obligations, maintaining consent records, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our Terms of Use

Financing referrals & data sharing
When you submit a financing inquiry through the Platform, QuoteFlash acts as a marketing and referral service — not a lender, mortgage broker, or mortgage loan originator. We do not make, broker, arrange, or service loans, and we do not make any credit decision. We share your contact information and the details you provide with one or more licensed third-party lending partners who may be able to offer relevant financing products.
You understand and agree that:
- Lending partners may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding financing options
- Seeing options through the Platform does not require a credit pull; any credit inquiry occurs only if and when you choose to apply directly with a lending partner
- All financing terms, rates, approvals, and credit decisions are made solely by the lending partner, not by QuoteFlash
- A referral is not a loan application, a commitment to lend, or an offer of credit
- Lending partners' use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one
- QuoteFlash may receive compensation from lending partners for referrals
Calls, texts & your consent to be contacted
When you submit an inquiry and check the consent box on our forms, you provide your prior express written consent for QuoteFlash and its lending or contractor partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message — regarding your inquiry. This consent applies even if the number you provide is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
We keep a record of the consent language shown to you and the date and time you submitted it. You may revoke your consent at any time by emailing info@quoteflash.com with your name and the phone number to be removed, or by replying with an opt-out request to any text message you receive from us. After you revoke consent, we will stop sending you automated marketing calls and texts, though you may still receive transactional messages related to a request already in progress. Please note that partners who have already received your information under a prior consent maintain their own contact practices, and you may need to opt out with them directly.
Contractor data
If you register as a contractor on the Platform, we collect and may display your business information, including your business name, service categories, service area, and license information.
We may conduct background checks and license verifications using third-party providers. You authorize us to use your personal and business information for these purposes when you register.
We may monitor and record communications made through the Platform for fraud prevention, quality assurance, and Platform improvement purposes.
Analytics & interest-based advertising
We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Platform is used and to improve our services. These tools may collect information about your browsing behavior on the Platform using cookies and similar technologies.
